ABOUT ME

After a long career in the office I decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer 4 years ago and haven't looked back since. I also have 14 years experience as a fitness instructor teaching various classes at Donyngs in Redhill.

I am passionate about health and fitness and sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients to help them to achieve their goals.

I work with clients in the comfort of their own homes alternatively at mine where i have recently had a gym built in my garden.

I also advise on nutrition and help to make changes to your diet to aid weight loss alongside your exercise programmes.

I am fully insured and qualified in the following programmes:

  • Level 2 Exercise to Music (YMCA)
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer (Premier Training)
  • Anatomy and Physiology for exercise
  • Bodypump (Les Mills)

TRAINING OFFERED

I tailor the training for you.

Whatever your level of fitness, experience or age I will ensure a safe, progressive and tailored training programme.

Sessions can be 1-1, for couples (working out together), or for small groups of friends/family.

I use a variety of different methods, these can include any of the following:

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Kettlebells
  • Tabata
  • Circuits
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Core strength
  • Weights (hand weights / bodyweight / barbells for toning, muscle gain and strength)
  • Stretching and Mobility
  • Resistance training with bands

Programmes change on a weekly basis to give variety, to keep your workouts interesting and to gain the best results.
