VIRTUAL SESSIONS NOW AVAILABLE
- Initial consultation over phone or video - To discuss health, fitness and diet. I will complete a health questionnaire and also take measurements and weight to track progress (submit photo on day 1 to see changes over the 8 weeks this is optional)
- 4 x 30 min Personalised recorded workouts - To do in the comfort of your own home. You may choose any particular training that you are interested in and change this every 14 days. To gain maximum results this needs to be completed 3-5 times a week.
- 4 x Eating plans - A healthy eating plan personalised for you which shows your protein/carb/fat daily intake. Achievable for you without feeling like you are denying yourself each day. Also taking into consideration if you are a pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan or any food allergies that need to be taken into account.
- Weekly catchup calls - To discuss how the plan is working for you and any changes that need to be implemented.
